The Woodshop

The way you set up a woodshop has much to do with efficiency and personal preference. I have changed the setup of my shop several times, mostly after I have completed a project and said to myself, "That didn't work so well." I have read in a few woodworking magazines/journals about the best ways to setup a woodshop, as well as online and these articles/blogs are good for generating ideas of how you might want to try setting up your own shop.

The pictures show different ways I have set up my shop over the years when I remember to snap a photo. The last picture is the set up of my woodshop when I was working in a garage. My current woodshop is a 20' by 20' space with room for storage.
